When does the sale end?

Black Friday prices run from Nov 13 to 11:59 pm ET on Nov 30. After that, prices go back to normal.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

For US delivery before Christmas, order by Dec 15 with standard shipping or by Dec 18 with express. Every piece is stitched to order in 1–3 days, then shipped.

Can I add a name to a sale piece?

Yes. Sale pieces can be personalized exactly like the rest of the shop: pick the piece, add the name or date, choose the thread color.

Do bundle codes work with Black Friday prices?

Yes. Bundle codes apply on top of Black Friday prices, so buying more pieces still saves more.

Can I return a sale item?

Black Friday pieces are final sale, and personalized pieces are made just for you, so neither can be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email support@medoembroidery.com as soon as it arrives so we can help.
