UrCustomHub LLC, operating through medoembroidery.com, complies with secure checkout standards and uses SSL encryption to help protect customer payment information.

We currently accept payments via:

We are transparent about shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the selected shipping option and order quantity, so customers can review all costs before checkout.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All apparel and embroidered products are shipped from the USA.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include major U.S. holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, or holidays, processing may take the full 1–2 business days due to higher order volume.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We currently offer three shipping options:

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days. $9.99 + $4 for each additional item.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. $12.99 + $5 for each additional item.

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days. $17.99 + $6 for each additional item.

At the moment, we cannot deliver to U.S. military bases. We apologize for this inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If tracking information is not available immediately, it usually means the carrier has not scanned the package yet.

RETURNS DUE TO DELIVERY ISSUES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, marked unclaimed, refused, returned to sender, or considered undeliverable by the carrier, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are processed after the package arrives back at our facility. Shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If the carrier confirms your package was lost, we will help replace, reship, or refund your order.

If an item is missing, it may have shipped separately. Please contact us for support.
