Why embroidered, not printed

Printed patches and vinyl sit on top of the fabric. Every wash works at that bond, and eventually the edges lift and the design cracks. Embroidery is stitched into the material — nothing on top means nothing to peel away. Run your thumb across the lettering and you'll feel raised texture.

Caring for it

Spot clean with cool water and mild detergent, then air dry and reshape the crown while damp. Caps lose their shape in a washing machine — that's a garment issue, not an embroidery one. Never put a cap in the dryer.
