Why embroidered, not printed

Printed graphics sit on top of the fabric as a layer of ink or vinyl. Every wash works at that bond, and somewhere around twenty or thirty cycles the cracking starts. The hat is still fine. The joke is finished.

Embroidery is stitched into the material. Thread passes through the fabric and locks in place, so there's nothing sitting on top to peel away. Run your thumb across the lettering and you'll feel raised texture, not a smooth printed patch.

• Floral Brim — woven tapestry brim with a cream crown. The softer read, and the one that sells most.
• Camo Brim — same lettering, harder edge. For when the sentiment doesn't need softening.

Caring for it

Caps do better with spot cleaning than a trip through the washer. The structured front panel loses its shape in a machine, and that's a garment problem rather than an embroidery one.

Spot clean with cool water and mild detergent, air dry, and reshape the crown while it's still damp. Never put a cap in the dryer.

30-day returns on unworn items. If it arrives damaged or the stitching isn't right, send us a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. You don't need to ship the original back.
